feat: convert from mdbook to Grav format

Browse Source 
- Rename src/ to pages/
- Add Grav frontmatter to markdown files
- Create numbered folder structure
- Remove mdbook-specific files

Migration from mdbook to Grav CMS.

KNEL is the domain of the TSYS Group Chief Operations Officer, supported by Turnkey Network Systems LLC AI and human staff and officers.
