Overview

The project registry maintains information about all active projects across the organization.

Fields

Each project entry contains:

Project name and identifier
Status (Active, On Hold, Completed, Planned)
Priority level (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
Health indicator (Green, Yellow, Red)
Last updated timestamp
Tracking URL for project-specific tools
Dependencies on other projects
Progress percentage
Next milestone

Maintenance

AI agents update project status when milestones are reached
Regular cleanup of completed projects
Verification of project links and dependencies
