High Flight Network Operating Cooperative (HFNOC)
The sole customer of Suborbital Systems for balloons. Will operate the entire MorseNet FreeNetwork on a transparent(using blockchain), cooperative basis. Also operates various proprietary networks (IOT/IP) and "lift as a service".
High Flight Network Finance Cooperative (HFNFC)
Provides finance and construction services for MorseNet FreeNetwork / 3rd party proprietary networks.
kickfundme.hfnfc.net (formerly kickfund.me)
Crowd funding portal for MorseNet FreeNetworks. Works closely with HFNFC. Provides an alternative to traditional capital financing of network builds.
ThePeerNet.com
Broadcast/recorded media department of TSYS Group. Ensures we can get our message out on our own platform 24/7. All outside media interactions will be done via ThePeerNet platform.

Provides wealth management, insurance, full benefits, estate planning etc for all TSYS Group LLC/coop/non-profit members.

Capital raising/formation for all of TSYS Group
The CCO (working with the applicable TSYS BOD committees and non profit/cooperative members and within the associated bylaws as the board/members adopt) may appoint officers or other support staff for the above organizations, and will set the organizations budget, business plan etc.
Known Element Enterprises (the entity serving as the TSYS Group management company) (through it's executive leader, the COO) provides core IT/back office systems/services/support on a hands off/fully delegated authortity basis to the CCO and the orgs/members.
The CCO/board/orgs/members may elect to adopt alternate IT/back office systems if so desired. If so, KNEL will provide no support.
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
This position is currently filled and is held by an LLC member
The COO serves as the executive leader responsible for the entirety of operations for all non CCO controlled entities.
The COO reports directly to the board in an exclusive manner. All decisions made by the COO are final. No dotted line reporting exists. The COO must be able to own the operations domain in order to serve all stakeholders.
The COO has a working relationship with the CCO and the CTPO and will hold regular meetings to ensure the CCO/CTPO and their organizations/teams/stakeholders are well supported by the COO.

Ancilliary SAAS / rental lines of business
These lines of business are all under RackRental.net Operating Company LLC. They emerged as we built out TSYS Group. One of our core philosopies is "no internal cost centers". We took what would have been traditional cost centers, and turned them into ancillary businesses with their own P&L.
RackRental / StartingLineProductions
We have built a pretty comprehensive network/RF/environmental testing/interop/EE/fabrication lab for Suborbital. It often has idle capacity in between dev cycles. We want to rent that excess capacity (and also provide a franchise revenue sharing arrangement and control plane with other folks who have lab capacity they may want to rent out).

MeetMorse is the marketing/sales/onboarding/support site for the Morse product line. It will also be the purhcase point for MorsePOD and Morse merch.

As the MorseNet grows, we want to enable network participants to utilize their MorseID in an increasing number of ways. AP4AP (actual people for actual people) is a social network for MorseID holders.
MorseWatch
MorseWatch is the mission control suite for the MorseFlyer/Town/Tracker suite.
MorseOS
MorseOS is the software suite that runs on MorsePOD/Tracker/Flyer.as the control plane software. It’s not user facing. That is the job of MorseStewardOS.
MorseOSSkynet
MorseOSSkynet is the traffic plane software for the mesh networking. It’s not user facing (like the rest of MorseOS which serves as the control plane OS). MorseOSSkynet will be free libre software (running on free libre hardware). The protocol will be non standardized (custom). It will only work with systems running MorseOSSkynet (or otherwise implementing the MorseProtocol)
MorseStewardOS
MorseStewardOS is the network steward/citizen facing software. It’s the UI into MorseOS (control plane) / MorseOSSkynet (traffic plane).
MorseSkynetHW
MorseSkynet is the wireless IP/lora network node system of Suborbital Systems. It’s the primary payload that will fly on Suborbital balloons.

MorsePod is the network participant equipment. It's the "swiss army knife" of networking hardware.
MorseTownHW
MorseTown is the ground station component of the network.
MorseTrackerHW
MorseTracker is the tracking hardware (antenna/antenna steering hardware/algorithm) to track balloons in flight.
