- Finalize 3 SKUs and prices (from `offers.md`).

||
- Draft IG/TikTok copy for 3 reels; shoot first 2.

- Build outreach list of 30 local businesses (name, contact, email/phone).
|
||
|
||
Wednesday — Build MVP Slice
|
||
- Publish single-page site with:
|
||
- Offer menu, quote/order form, Stripe payment links.
|
||
- Matomo tag; goal tracking for form submit and payment link click.
|
||
- Create Stripe Payment Links for 3 SKUs; test checkout.
|
||
|
||
Thursday — Publish + Promote
|
||
- Launch post on IG, TikTok, Nextdoor/FB groups; include site link.
|
||
- DM/email 15 local businesses with 1-paragraph offer + CTA.
|
||
- Open booking slots for consults (if used).
|
||
|
||
Friday — Close + Validate
|
||
- Follow up on all leads; book demos/pickups.
|
||
- Collect payments; fulfill any same-day items if possible.
|
||
- Log KPIs and decide: persist/pivot for next week.
