chore: add git ignore configuration

- Configure .gitignore to exclude cloned repositories
- Ignore Package-Workspace/**/repo/ to avoid polluting project repo
- Exclude common build artifacts (node_modules, target, build, dist)
- Ignore IDE files (.vscode, .idea)
- Exclude OS files (.DS_Store, Thumbs.db)
- Ignore logs and temporary files
