docs(glpi-change): deprecate in favor of mglpi (mopac-glpi-go) [#767]

Charles ruling 2026-09-04: custom tooling lives in ukrrs/connectors,
written in Go, MCP/CLI dual-surface. Script still works; new code uses
mglpi (shim ~/.local/bin/mglpi, exec-host mopac-cli-mglpi).
