New: gitea actions lint workflow (markdownlint + typos blocking, vale prose + lychee links advisory), lint configs, README documents the branch/PR model, docs/branch-previews.md is the LAMP + wildcard + Git Sync runbook for <branch>.contract.knownelement.com.
