nuisance: 24 new blocks 09-07 (backlog of missed runs) + path/env fixes

Sweep checkout path moved to ~/projects/KNEL/KNELPFVCluster; creds now
accepted from env (vault/sm-ready) since ~/.creds textfiles retired.
