Fixes the deploy-pipeline sha-watch sensor after the KNELBMS repo rename: REST resource repointed to the new API path (sha=release pin kept). Also cures the wedged REST sensor (legacy platform -> restart path).

CI: run on 403f83a must be green before merge (enforced by branch protection).
