Created Dockerfile for imap-mcp (was missing)
Fixed mcp-redmine Dockerfile to include uv.lock
Added git to ProxmoxMCP Dockerfile for git dependencies
Both imap-mcp and mcp-redmine build successfully
Updated STATUS.md to reflect successful builds
