feat: add MCP servers infrastructure with Docker Compose
- Add vendor directory for cloned MCP repositories
- Create docker-compose.yml with 27 MCP/LSP servers
- Implement KNELDevStack-AIMW- container naming convention
- Add STATUS.md for tracking validation progress
- Add AGENTS.md documentation for all configured agents
- Update .gitignore to exclude vendor directory
