* CORDA-3018 Allow loading an untrusted contract jar if another attachment exists that was signed with the same keys and uploaded by a trusted uploader
`TransactionUtils.isAttachmentTrusted` requirements have been relaxed
to allow an untrusted attachment to be loaded as long as another
attachment exists that is signed by the same keys and was uploaded
by a trusted uploader.
The requirement of containing the same contract classes has been
removed. Therefore the contents of the existing trusted attachment
no longer matters.
* CORDA-3018 Allow a subset/intersection of signers in `isAttachmentTrusted`
Allow a subset/intersection of signers to satisfy the signer
requirements of `isAttachmentTrusted`. This allows an "untrusted"
attachment that is signed by one or more keys to be "trusted" as long
as another trusted attachment already exists that is signed by at least
one of the "untrusted" attachments signers.
A cache of trusted and untrusted public keys is now held (replacing the
previous cache of `List<PublicKey>`.
Tests have been added to `NodeAttachmentServiceTest` to confirm that
an attachment query using an `EQUAL` statement will actually return
attachments that are signed by any of the keys passed into the query.
Confirming this allowed an `EQUAL` query to satisfy the search that
had to be done as part of this change.
`MockAttachmentStorage`'s query criteria was updated to better match
the real `NodeAttachmentService` implementation.
* CORDA-3018 Update cache name and kdoc on `isAttachmentTrusted`
* CORDA-3018 Verify that chains of trust do not occur
* CORDA-3018 Switch keys around to improve chain of trust tests
* [ENT-3801] Store transactions in the database during transaction resolution (#2305)
* ENT-3801: Store downloaded txns as part of the backchain resolution into the db rather than the checkpoint
It's very inefficient to store the downloaded backchain in the checkpoint as more of it downloaded. Instead, if a threshold is reached (which currently defaults at 0) then the backchain is stored in the transactions table as unverified. A new is_verified column has been added to track this. Initially testing on the OS codebase has been very promising but unfortunately this current code is not quite ready. I had to quickly port it to ENT as this is meant to be an ENT-only optimisation.
To that effect, there is a TransactionResolver abstraction with two implementations: an in-memory one which has the old behaviour, and which will be the behaviour for OS, and a db one.
DBTransactionStorage hasn't been fully updated and I had to comment out the optimistic path for now.
Most of these changes will need to be ported to OS to keep the merge conflicts in check, but obviously not DbTransactionsResolver and the "is_verified" changes in DBTransactionStorage. DBTransactionStorage does have other refactoring which will make sense to port though.

Allow Hash Constraints to propagate to Signature Constraints. When
propagating, the new jar is added to the transaction instead of the
original contract attachment (jar).
The following requirements must be met to do so:
- System property "net.corda.node.disableHashConstraints" must be set
to `true`
- The min platform version must be 4 or greater
- There must be an input state with a hash constraint
- There must be no output states with a hash constraint
- The new jar must be signed
If these requirements are not met, the original Hash
Constraint will be kept and the contract attachment related to it is
also used.
This transition is done at the start of `handleContract` as it is not
the normal path a transition would follow. It is considered a backdoor
and should be treated separately from the rest of the attachment and
constraint logic. Furthermore, it will only work in private network
since all nodes must set the special `disableHashConstraints` flag.
As a general purpose API, allPersisted should not be loading the entire contents of the database table into memory. Instead now it returns a Stream for processing of elements.

Dumps all the node's checkpoints as JSON into a single zip file in the node's directory. The output contains:
* All the fields for the top-level flow
* The current sub-flow call stack, along with the current progress tracker step for each sub-flow
* The event that suspended the flow, which if it's a send or sendAndReceive will show the payload that was sent
* Low level information on the active sessions with other peers
Party and AnonymousParty have been retrofitted to implement this interface and are currently the only supported types. A new FlowLogic.initiateFlow(Destination) method overload to easily support the addition of new destination types in future versions.
To prevent making `dumpCheckpoints` part of the public API a new
interface, `InternalCordaRPCOps` has been created and the function
has been moved there. `InternalCordaRPCOps` inherits from
`CordaRPCOps`.
`CordaRPCOpsImpl` now implements `InternalCordaRPCOps`.
`RunShellCommand` and `StringToMethodCallParser` required additional
changes due to issues handling inherited functions. This has only been
raised now due to `InternalCordaRPCOps` inheriting from `CordaRPCOps`.
Many classes have had references to `CordaRPCOps` changed to
`InternalCordaRPCOps`.

This allows a different signed version of the same CorDapp to be automatically trusted.
This reverts "[CORDA-2575] Allow users to whitelist attachments by public key config (#5035)"
The Signature Constraint documentation in `api-contract-constraints`
was very limited and referred to the design doc for most information.
Information was extracted from the design doc and added to the main
documentation.
If a single whitelisted constraint is being used by input states and the version of the cordapp changes + is signed, then the constraint will transition to a signature constraint.
When a `UnexpectedFlowEndException` or a `FlowException` is received the
peer that the exception was thrown from will be added to the stacktrace.
This is due to it being easier to see and a field that developers
are much less likely to override.
A nullable field `peer` has been added to `FlowException` and
`UnexpectedFlowEndException`. This is read later on (when peer info
is not available) to append the peer info to the stacktrace.

In Corda 4, FinalityFlow was updated to become an initiated flow, in order to ensure a node does not have to accept any signed transaction it receives without being able to check it first. The old behaviour of FinalityFlow was gated behind a targetPlatformVersion check, to prevent apps targeting V4 from using the old behaviour.
This is problematic for a few reasons. For an app wishing to be backwards compatible with a version running on V3, this forces the app to set targetPlatformVersion = 3, even if the app is thoroughly tested against V4. This goes against the purpose of the targetPlatformVersion. Another consequence is that an app remains pinned to targetPlatformVersion = 3 until it is sure that there are no other apps running at a lower version in the network, which would prevent newer versions of the app from taking advantage of features gated behind targetPlatformVersion checks. (Note that the restriction only prevents a new version of the app from initiating FinalityFlow with the old version - the old version is able to initiate a FinalityFlow and the new version will handle it, assuming the app has been written correctly.)
This fix removes the targetPlatformVersion check from FinalityFlow, and also provides a few documentation updates to clarify what level of testing would be expected to set a targetPlatformVersion.

With (Contract JARs) rolling upgrades the downgrade rule cannot be effectively check as the platform can't tell the difference between a transaction that's downgrading because of an attack, vs a transaction that's downgrading because Alice has upgraded but Bob hasn't yet. During a rolling upgrade we would expect state versions to fluctuate up and down as data gets read/written by a mix of nodes. With the feature as implemented Alice will upgrade and start trading with Bob. Bob will be able to read and process the states Alice sent him, but the moment he tries to consume such a state he will fail. This will result in cascading flow deaths and a hung business network the moment an upgrade starts.

There were two issues:
* The original "sealing violation: can't seal package net.corda.nodeapi" issue was due to the isolated CorDapp containing some code in the net.corda.nodeapi namespace. This has been moved to the isolated namespace.
* The test was not correctly creating the second transaction with the dummy command
The gradle process that runs the tests keeps an exclusive hold on built jars in Windows, which means if a test wants to get hold of the CorDapp, and it's requested from the same module, it will fail. Now instead of deleting the "libs" dir we just use the latest created jar.

`AttachmentLoadingTests.test that attachments retrieved over the network are not used for code` was a false-positive - it was incorrect on multiple levels. Fixing it required updating the finance:isolated CorDapp, at which point it was given the new MANIFEST metadata for V4, and moved out of the net.corda.finance namespace to avoid package sealing issues.
The new test exposed a bug in the LedgerTransaction verification logic. This was cleaned up as it was too easy to verify on the wrong instance.
The overload that takes in a String does NOT check that the exception thrown has that message, which is what these tests are assuming. Rather it's the assertion message when the test fails.

TestCordapp has now two implementations to clearly separate the two use cases it has in the Corda repo:
* TestCordappImpl which implements the revised public API of TestCordapp; namely that a TestCordapp instance references a real CorDapp jar on the classpath. This is either an external dependency jar in which case it’s taken as is and given to the node, or it’s a local gradle project in which case it’s compiled using the gradle “jar” task to generate the CorDapp jar. This approach means the jar has all the original CorDapp versioning information, which is important that it’s correct when testing. To this end, TestCordapp only needs to expose the ability to specify the app’s config. All the remaining properties have moved to CustomCordapp.
* CustomCordapp for creating arbitrary custom CorDapps, including specifying the jar’s MANIFEST values. This is internal API and only used for testing the platform. Technically this shouldn’t implement TestCordapp but does so to reduce the complexity of the driver and mock network.
* Make TimedFlows retry forever, and cap the growth of the time out interval.
* Only time flows for restart if that is sensible (i.e. notary flows that actually have an alternative node to talk to).
* Move check for multi node notary into getter so it the `canBeRestarted` attribute can't be set too late.
* Make restartable timed flow a concept on SubFlow metadata and the relevant events so we can handle it properly for subflows based on their metadata.

1) TwoPartyTradeFlowTests - restructured - saving transaction just after creating a state, as it's needed for the next TransactionState to be verified (for non-downgrade rule), enable more tests which were set as @Ignored, left 3 TODOs as 2 tests were slightly modified, need further investigation
2) MockService method loadContractAttachment always returns a dummy Attachment which means it has a default Contract Class Version number 1 used for signature constraints non-downgrade rule.
3) TransactionSerializationTests - added a fake transaction which created fake stated used as input state and using real (not mocked one) implementation of loadContractAttachment
Contract class version non-downgrade rule is check by LedgerTransaction.verify().
TransactionBuilder.toWireTransaction(services: ServicesForResolution) selects attachments for the transaction which obey non downgrade rule.
New ServiceHub method loadAttachmentConstraint(stateRef: StateRef, forContractClassName: ContractClassName? = null) retrieves the attachment contract related to transaction output states of given contract class name.
TransactionBuilder loads attachment using attachment storage instead of CordappLoader,
contract class version is now Integer (format and stored in db as Integer).

* Remove capitalization.
* CORDA-2115: Notary whitelist verification changes
- For regular and contract upgrade transactions: check that the notary is in the network parameter whitelist
- For notary change transactions: check the the new notary is in the network parameter whitelist. This enabled support for network merging: the old notary doesn't have to be in the current network's notary whitelist for re-pointing old states to another notary.
These checks are done during transaction construction/verification and also by the non-validating notary.
* Address comments
* Remove stale todo
* Use notary whitelist of current network parameters for platform versoin 3
* Cleanup test
* Move `getHistoricNotary` to `HistoricNetworkParameterStorage` in `core.internal`
* Require `newNotary` to be notary on the network map during notary change
* ENT-2666: Don't check for network parameter currentness for now
* Add check for parameters null when version >= 4
* Add check that parameters are known to the node/network
* Add test
* CORDA-2089 - network parameters tags - part
Data structures changes, storage and notarisation.
Tag transactions with network parameters hash that was in force when tx
was created. Add component group on all core transactions and resolved
parameters on full transactions. The hash should be always visible on
the filtered versions of transactions. Add
notarisation check that the parameters are current.
Implement network parameters storage on services for resolution.
This is only part of the work, next PR will include changes to
ResolveTransactionsFlow to make sure that parameters in the transaction
graph are ordered (this is to prevent the downgrade attack, when the
malicious notary and participants sign transaction that shouldn't be
notarised otherwise).
Probably on network services side we need the default parameters
endpoint for the
transactions that were created before this change - for now it's default
to the current ones.

LedgerTransaction is not meant to be created directly from client code, but it being a data class means we will expose new copy methods as new properties are added. The existing copy methods that we've exposed since V3 are deprecated, and equals and hashCode have been updated to be based just on id.
The primary c'tor has been clearly marked as the class' wire format, and so the internal stuff has been moved out. The references property cannot be made nullable and so DeprecatedConstructorForDeserialization is used instead.

FinalityHandler is insecure in that it is open to receive any transaction from any party.
Any CorDapp targeting platform version 4 or above is required use the new c'tors which take in FlowSession objects to the counterpart flow. This flow must subcall ReceiveFinalityFlow to receive and record the finalised transaction.
Old CorDapps (with target platform version < 4) will continue to work as previously. However if there are no old CorDapps loaded then the node will disable FinalityHandler.

* Migrated all non-BFT notary implementations to use async commits.
* Mock network: await for async operation completion. When calling runNetwork()
it keeps "pumping" messages between participants until no more messages are generated.
The problem comes in when a flow suspends on an async operation: the mock network
thinks the flow finished the work for the current step, and since no more messages
are generated, completes the runNetwork() function. The message that the flow
generates once it resumes after async operation completion never gets processed.
This change makes runNetwork() wait until all flow async operations finish,
and only then check whether no more messages can be transferred.
