TSYS Group — Org Chart (as ruled)

Status: CURRENT — reflects founder rulings through 2026-09-07 Date: 2026-09-07 Canonical operational map: TSYSGroupAIOS agents/global/AGENTS.md ("Org chart & agent lanes" section). This doc renders the same rulings as a picture; where they ever disagree, the global AGENTS.md wins.

Lane rules in force

The COO C2 chat works COO, the SVP interface (KNEL / TCTC), org buildout, and the BOD interface — nothing lower.
VP-level execution happens in the dedicated lanes (security chats, SRE chat, OAM chat); the COO chat routes to them via Redmine tickets and cross-links, and never does their work.
Every chat/agent runs as ONE org identity; per-identity credentials live in the TSGCOO vault.

Lineage of the rulings

2026-09-07 (founder, live in COO C2 chat): VPEngOps → SVP KNEL (was founder); SecOps ‖ SecEng parallel, each with a VP; TechCompliance its own lane as single compliance owner across both security teams; Facilities → SVP KNEL with OAM executing; TechOps full staff (director
- manager + ic-builder/ic-reviewer); TCTC parked pending ruling.
2026-09-07 (earlier): SRE and Security Engineering chains stood up (#930 / #931), reporting to SVP KNEL.
