H22026-Business-Map.md — TSYS Group Business Map (Draft)
Status: DRAFT — executive sketch from Charles, 2026-08-14. To be fleshed out over the coming week (feeding H22026.md). Scope note: High-level business map to inform COO/board org-chart design. Compliance/regulatory-heavy businesses only for now; legal entity details intentionally deferred.
Executive Leadership
| Executive | Human/AI | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Chief Operations Officer | Albert Lebsch (human) | Supported by Courtney / Remy / Patti (who also sit on the Board of Directors) |
| Chief Technology and Product Officer | Charles Wyble (human) | R&D, product, and the technical stack |
| Chief Commons Officer | 100% AI | Owns the cooperative/commons-facing businesses |
Three-executive structure: two humans (Ops, Tech/Product) + one AI executive (Commons). The CCO being fully AI is the keystone experiment of the AI-agent-augmented operating model.
Business Map (by executive owner)
Chief Commons Officer (AI)
| Business | Description |
|---|---|
| Side Door Group | TSYS Group 501c3 / 501c4 / PAC (political/philanthropic arm) |
| Redwood Springs Capital Partners | Capital-raising arm |
| Redwood Family Office | Benefits organization — every co-op/LLC member gets a (fractional/virtual) family office they can fully use |
| High Flight Network Operations Cooperative | Operations co-op |
| High Flight Network Finance Cooperative | Finance co-op |
Chief Technology and Product Officer (Charles)
| Business | Description |
|---|---|
| Suborbital Systems | Heavy R&D / science — ITAR / CMMC constrained |
| "Million dollar ideas" portfolio (all under CTPO): RackRental.net, MerchantsOfHope.org, TeamRental.net, ap4ap.org, sol-calc.com, uksrs.org | Product ventures |
Chief Operations Officer (Albert)
At the core of everything — the two operating companies that run the entire group:
| Business | Description |
|---|---|
| Known Element Enterprises (KNEL) | ALL IT/business systems and services for TSYS Group |
| The Campus Trading Company (TCTC) | ALL treasury / trading / transaction operations for TSYS Group |
KNEL and TCTC are the service backbone everything else builds on: Suborbital's ITAR/CMMC stack runs on KNEL infrastructure; RSCP and the Family Office transact through TCTC; the co-ops consume both. This is why the already-provisioned agent identities (SVP KNEL, SVP TCTC and their VP staffs) exist under the COO line — they are the group's shared services.
Implications for the Agent Org Chart (seed questions)
These fall out of the map and need answers as H22026.md takes shape:
- Chief Commons Officer is an AI executive. Does it get an agent
identity (
cco) at the same tier as the human executives' support agents? It presumably needs its own staff: directors for each commons business (Side Door, RSCP, Family Office, HFNO, HFN-Finance). - KNEL + TCTC are shared services for the whole group. The agent
org under SVP KNEL / SVP TCTC (already provisioned) serves every
business line, including the CCO's and CTPO's. Cross-charging /
internal SLA mechanics will be needed as the map firms up.
- Suborbital Systems: ITAR + CMMC L3 (the environment we have been hardening all along).
- Side Door Group: 501c3/c4/PAC law — political-finance compliance is its own discipline (FEC-style reporting, coordination rules).
- RSCP + Family Office: securities/RIA-style compliance, fiduciary.
- High Flight co-ops: co-op governance/accounting.
- One compliance org cannot cover all of these; each needs domain compliance ICs reporting to that business's director, with the independent audit committee at board level over all of them.
- Board composition: Albert (COO), Courtney, Remy, Patti. Charles as CTPO presumably seats as well. Board agents: secretariat + audit committee (per the session-3 org chart sketch).
- VP layer under COO already provisioned (from session 3): TechOps, SecOps, TechCompliance, Finance-side (Investing, Trading, Compliance, Facilities) under SVP KNEL / SVP TCTC. The commons businesses would bring a third SVP (SVP Commons?) under the AI CCO.
- Million-dollar-ideas portfolio: six ventures under one CTPO — likely one director + rotating IC pods per venture rather than six standing teams.
- Four C-suite lines, not three: COO (Albert), CTPO (Charles),
CCO (AI), and the Board as its own governance layer. The agent
identity scheme needs an executive tier (
cco, ctpo, coosupport agents) distinct from the VP tier already provisioned.

Charles will feed in years of notes/writeups; this section is the anchor point for reconciling them.
Lineage
- Charles has been designing this organization since age 14 (currently 41). This document is the first time the full executive-level map has been written down in one place.
Next: flesh out each business with: legal entity, revenue model, compliance regime, agent org (director/IC W-R pairs), systems of record.
