# The Reachableceo show
## Introduction
Loyalty to the success and integrity of this mission trumps all else.
My overall objective in life is complete global availability of internet bandwidth for human and machines at 5.00 per month per subscriber using high altitude hydrogen balloons.
## Strategic components
Four major components form the overall strategy
1. High Flight Networks Operating cooperative / High Flight Networks Finance Cooperative (HFNOC/HFNFC). This is the entire regulatory ball of wax . Its the least developed piece at this time
2. Redwood Springs Capital Partners (all external capital will flow into here across a series of funds offering a range of performance characteristics) . It will own a public traded subsidiary (it will be a business development corporation ) allowing access to public market capital and avoiding the downsides . Perhaps will be a SPAC. We will allow co investment into sibling entities in the high regulation , high complexity hardware space. The other part of this pillar is called TheCampusTradingCompany which will manage an incredibly complex portfolio and treasury operations for the entire conglomerate (including our insurance float ) . (We will have a massive asset base and strong cash flow and we have some incredibly strong connections into the health life etc insurance space via one of our board members and we believe our benefits will be a key retention draw . Retention is the new recruitment ). (We expect to have an employee (well co-op member ) base in the high single to low double digit millions ) (only surpassed by perhaps g4s in terms of private employers
3. Suborbital Systems is the r&d piece. It will sell or lease the ballons to HFNOC exclusively (regulators guidance has indicated we will receive a total monopoly license ) .
4. Side Door Group 501c3/c4/(super) PAC (solving this problem: http://irregulators.org/unauthorizedbiobells/ )
We have some ancillary businesses as well:
- RackRental renting out our network test lab
- Starting Line Productions renting out our hardware development lab
- TeamRental / Merchants Of Hope (contractor and client platform to manage the massive amount of labor)
- Your Dream Name Here (to orchestrate setup of new brands instantly )
- The Peer Network (our media operations brand )
- Ap4ap (actual people for actual people ) a dating / social networking funnel for talent acquisition via semantic analysis
- Universal Knowledge Representation Retrieval System how we manage our internal knowledge repository
Core values include things like no internal cost centers . If its a cost center its outsourced . Lots of others as well but thats why we have so many brands and are horizontally and vertically integrated
We are seeing this in the 5 to 10 trillion dollar range .
One big aspect (2 to 5 trillion) is actually owning an identity . It cant be taken away. We can solve swatting and completely eliminate spam.
The sensing / surveillance/ early warning is a multi billion dollar market . We are in talks with the pentagon to be the new early warning system over the arctic circle for NORAD .
Oh yeah , we made a COVID / remote work SCIF which DOD and Allies want to spend a few billion on.
Its a tapestry. I have a stack of papers and various pieces of a slide deck.
By end of 2024 I hope to be ready to apply for the contracts with the feds and finish negotiating the multi billion dollar PO and grant/loan package by the election .

micrsoft. i was the very first person to request the formats after the consent decree.
9/11/2001 was the first day of my senior high school year
less than a year later at 17 i was recruite by the department of defense to support global counter terrorism operations.
why? i was the worlds expert on microsoft file formats (specifically excel).
yes terrorists use excel. i supported sensitive site operations (SSE) pipelines that sourced, colated, processed, exploited intelligence
in country to support industrial scale, stovepope counter terrorism ops

I .... "helped people do stuff". We will simply say "offensive cyber" , but you know before 2010. No , it's not on my linkedin. Only people who are glorified metasploit operators put "NSA Cyber Ops" on linkedin. Because that's not useufl OSINT for our enemies. I was there in the beginning and I was an early pioneer.
