ops(redmine): re-track tickets (features/studies out of Bug), CommonMark bodies

Browse Source 
Bug tracker now reserved for actual defects: builds/designs -> Feature,
studies/selftests -> Support. All major ticket bodies rewritten in
CommonMark (# headers, fenced refs) replacing Textile syntax.
