🎯 CURRENT FOCUS: CTO AI Delegation Framework - Production Ready

Objective

Completed the foundational CTO AI delegation framework that enables founder CTOs to delegate development work to AI agents (Claude, Gemini-CLI, OpenCode) with professional standards, deterministic workflows, and complete audit trails. The framework is now production-ready with Phase 1 complete and Phase 2 implementation ready.
