Fast-Track Execution
Objective
- Move to cashflow ASAP with a simple weekly cadence.
- Focus Tue–Fri on a single line of business (STLP); Mon reserved for admin/ops-debt.
Weekly Rhythm
- Monday (Admin): intercompany/admin; light ops debt only.
- Tuesday: Offer + pipeline
- Lock the week’s single offer (who, problem, price, outcome, CTA)
- Build/clean prospect list; write outbound/campaign briefs
- Prepare landing/checkout skeletons as needed
- Wednesday: Build MVP slice
- Ship the smallest thing that credibly delivers the outcome
- Instrument analytics and payment collection
- Thursday: Publish + promote
- Launch page/update, post to 1–2 channels, run outbound
- Book demos, open calendar slots, start trials
- Friday: Close loops + validate
- Demos/calls, onboarding, collect payment/LOIs, capture objections
- Decide: persist next week, pivot offer, or switch
Minimal KPIs (weekly)
- Revenue (cash in)
- Qualified leads created
- Demos/meetings held
- Orders or trial/activation count
- Content shipped (launch/update/email)
Rules to Persist/Pivot/Switch
- Persist: hit ≥2 of 3 target thresholds (e.g., 5+ qualified leads, 2+ demos, first revenue) → stay on the same offer next week.
- Pivot: strong interest but low conversion → adjust offer/price/channel and re-run.
- Switch: low signal across all metrics after 2 consecutive weeks → try a different offer.
