shellcheck debt fixed in librenms-agent (quoting, arithmetic, backticks);
fixes upstream ntp-server.sh bug: input_wakeups reported PACKETSENDFAILURES
instead of INPUTWAKEUPS. mysql.sh (PHP-in-.sh) exempt per house rule.
