siem->KNEL/siem, netinfra->KNEL/netinfra, ca->KNEL/ca, oam->KNEL/monitoring,
cmdb->KNEL/inventory, dcinfra->KNEL/facilities, proxmox/perf->KNEL/perf;
unit tests moved with their code. AGENTS.md layout/paths repointed.
