Alex Lin	5b27723501	Can't build trick 15.2.0 with --gsl=/usr ... The _HAVE_GSL flag was not being passed into all compilation lines when GSL was present. Added them to to CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS so it is. refs #235	2016-05-11 09:20:08 -05:00
Alex Lin	2c794060f4	Merge in the er7_utils integrators ... Taking in the latest er7_utils directory and adding it into Trick in the same location it was as an external repository. Made one change to the files_to_ICG.hh file in the repository to remove the CheckpointHelper header files. Alex Lin	14a75508a3	Cleaning up once include variables and copyright cleanup. ... Changed all header file once include variables to follow the same naming convention and not start with any underscores. Also deleted old incorrect copyright notices. Alex Lin	2fab93da66	Added rules in the makefile to include er7_utils and fermi-ware if they exist. If they don't exist then the code that depends on them will not be compiled. ... Also added the java GUIs to the default build rule. Finally I added a lot of .gitignore files to ignore generated files. Fixes #5	2015-03-03 16:08:54 -06:00
