Alex Lin	347e102f40	Print some timing statistics when the sim exits ... Saved the timestamps on the default gettimeofday clock as close to the beginning of the simulation, after initialization is finished and at the end of shutdown. Alex Lin	14a75508a3	Cleaning up once include variables and copyright cleanup. ... Changed all header file once include variables to follow the same naming convention and not start with any underscores. Also deleted old incorrect copyright notices.
