FPE signal handling has changed since the last time this code was
touched, pre-2015. Mac FPE signal handling works similar to linux
now. Was able to remove a lot of #if __APPLE__ sections of code.
There is an Arm specific call on Apples to enable FPE, fesetenv.
This is like linux specific feenableexcept. I do not know what Macs
on intel chips use, so I left that out, FPEs will still be broken
on that platform combination.

Updated to transmit sie files from the runtime sie dir instead of the default dir as the runtime sie dir is the default dir if no output dir is specified otherwise is the specified output dir. Meanwhile, restored the code inFrameLog.cpp for having DP_Product created in the specified output dir.

Added calculations in the realtime sync monitor job to calculate the
average sim/realtime ratio for the past 100 frames. This is saved to
a new variable, actual_run_ratio. Changed the sim control panel to
display the actual_run_ratio value.

how does this compile locally but not in CI? Didn't include cmath.
