david-sarah 647aa74d68 bundled zetuptoolz: if __main__.__requires__ exists then do not add packages to the working set if they provide an incompatible version of a package. Also put a complete __requires__ listing the transitive closure of dependencies at the beginning of generated scripts, rather than a shallow __requires__ specifying only the application version. refs #1190

Tahoe-LAFS

Tahoe-LAFS is a Free Software/Open Source decentralized data store. It
distributes your filesystem across multiple servers, and even if some of the
servers fail or are taken over by an attacker, the entire filesystem continues
to work correctly and to preserve your privacy and security.

To get started please see `quickstart.html`_.
