Refactor a lot of Rhizome bundle storage code to use the new "enum

sets 'selfSigned'), and consistently clear 'finalised' flag in all
attribute setter functions
Remove manifest 'ttl' field and all references thereof (leaving unused
space in Rhizome BAR)
