qoriq: enable support for Marvell Alaska PHYs ...
The WatchGuard Firebox M200 and M300 use a Marvell 88e1543 PHY for the
first 3 ethernet ports. This PHY is supported by the Marvell Alaska PHY
driver, so enable it.
