When using zst instead of xz, the hash changes. This commit fixes the
hash for packages and tools in core.

Different from OPKG, APK uses a deterministic version schema which chips
the version into chunks and compares them individually. This enforces a
certain schema which was previously entirely flexible.
- Releases are added at the very and end prefixed with an `r` like
`1.2.3-r3`.
- Hashes are prefixed with a `~` like `1.2.3~abc123`.
- Dates become semantic versions, like `2024.04.01`
- Extra tags are possible like `_git`, `_alpha` and more.

Avoid it by defining the configuration file.

Before installing an interface triggger check if an interface
trigger for the interface is already in place.
This avoids installing identical interface triggers for a given
interface

omcproxy will not start up if either the downlink or uplink interface is
not up at boottime as the interface triggers are not correctly
installed.
Further rework omcproxy init to make use of network functions defined
in network.sh; set proper family and proto options in procd firewall
rules.

* Update mirror checksums in packages where they are used
* Change a few source tarballs to xz if available upstream
* Remove unused lines in packages we're touching, requested by jow- and blogic
* We're relying more on xz-utils so add official mirror as primary source, master site as secondary.
* Add SHA256 checksums to multiple git tarball packages
