This uses the flash locations instead of eth0 MAC address to
calculate MAC address increments for WAN.
The change will make the MAC address setup of a particular device
more obvious and removes the dependency of 02_network on the eth0
initialization.
This removes the wan_mac setup for the following devices as they
do not set up a MAC address for ethernet in the first place:

So far, MAC address assignment in ramips has contained a default
case, which defined wan_mac = eth0 + 1 for _every_ device not
having an explicit case there.
This is not desirable, as many device supporters will just not
care or know about this definition, so another MAC address will be
introduced by accident. In some cases the wan_mac is assigned
although it is not needed, in other cases even addresses not
dedicated to the device will be used (e.g. wan_mac actually is
eth0 - 1, but during support nobody cared, so eth0 + 1 is used now,
which might actually belong to another device ...).
Thus, in this PR the former default case is converted to an
explicit case. This one comprises all devices not being accounted
for by other cases, reduced by those not having wan at all.
The big number of entries for this node might be another indication
that many of them wouldn't actually be there if there hadn't been
default wan_mac setup.
In exchange, the current "do nothing" case can be removed, as it
will be the new default case.
The devices being put in the newly created explicit case were
determined as follows:
1. Create a list of all devices based on the DTS files.
2. Remove all devices already having an explicit entry setting
their address.
3. Remove all devices that only have lan set up in the first part
of 02_network:

While most of the target's contents are split into subtargets, the
base-files are maintained for the target as a whole.
However, OpenWrt already implements a mechanism that will use (and
even prefer) files in the subtargets' directories. This can be
exploited to make several scripts subtarget-specific and thus save
some space.
In certain cases, keeping files in parent (=target) base-files was
more convenient, and thus no splitting was performed for those.
Note that this will increase overall code lines, but reduce code
per subtarget.

Use upstream solution and get rid of our OWRTDTB hack.
This commit set DEVICE_DTS to $$(DTS) instead of replacing DTS with
DEVICE_DTS in device profile because DTS variable will be dropped
in later commits.

Add a new config option to allow to select the default compile
optimization level for the kernel.
Select the optimization for size by default if the small_flash feature is
set. Otherwise "Optimize for performance" is set.
Add the small_flash feature flag to all (sub)targets which had the
optimization for size in their default kernel config.
Remove CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_* symbols from all kernel configs to apply the new
setting.
Exceptions to the above are:
- lantiq, where the optimization for size is only required for the
xway_legacy subtarget but was set for the whole target
- mediatek, ramips/mt7620 & ramips/mt76x8 where boards should have
plenty of space and an optimization for size doesn't make much sense
- rb532, which has 128MByte flash

The previous fw version require the replacement of the stock bootloader
with u-boot. This prevent an easy stock restore of the original fw.
Now a proper fw util has been developed to manage the stock jboot
bootloader. Therefore make sense have a fw image for the stock
bootloader.
The old fw configuration (u-boot) is not compatible with the new one
and will not be supported anymore.
So at the end 2 image can be generated:
1) factory image with jboot bootloader
openwrt-ramips-rt305x-dwr-512-b-squashfs-factory.bin
2) sysupgrade image with jboot bootloader
openwrt-ramips-rt305x-dwr-512-b-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin

Some targets need 4K sectors for small flash chips (e.g. some
routerboards, where the entire chip is just one "erase block"), whereas
on other devices 4K sectors lead to horrible flash erase/write
performance.
Set the default limit in the generic kernel configuration to 4 MiB to
ensure that all new platforms don't use 4K sectors for bigger flash
chips. On all existing targets use 16 MiB for now to avoid regressions.
They will be changed individually in follow-up commits.

CONFIG_SG_POOL symbol is selected only by CONFIG_SCSI, since the last
one is disabled by default then disable CONFIG_SG_POOL by default too.
And explicitly enable it only for platforms that use CONFIG_SCSI.

In order to have a smaller initramfs image remove all packages not
needed on all devices and add them explicitely for those actually
needing them. Also remove wpad-mini from ramips default package set
and add it to all sub-targets except for MT7621.
While at it reorder packages alphabetically and replace kmod-mt76 with
kmod-mt7603 and/or kmod-mt76x2 depending on the chip actually used on
a specific board.

"ramips: set blocksize for 4MB devices". I've missed to include the
required changes of the kernel configs to enable 4K sector size
support.
The option is only enabled for targets having boards with 4k sector
size flash chips.

Pinmux for rgmii needs to be set to rgmii, not gpio.
Hide the ESW switch on boot (using new rgmii esw devicetree attribute).
Also add a Sitecom-specific profile, since the image needs to include

This patch is a follow up for my previous patch:
"ramips: add support for Intenso Memory 2 Move USB 3.0".
It fixes a couple of errors in the DTS (one of which broke
the gpio-buttons). The kmod-leds-gpio dependency has been
dropped as it is already part of the ramips target.
Furthermore the ramdisk/uImage image is generated by default
for the rt3050 subtarget. This image is needed to flash
OpenWrt for the first time onto the device via TFTP.

This adds support for a rt5350-based "portable nas" solution
from Intenso. The board comes with 32M RAM and 8M Flash, the
built-in HDD is connected/accessible via a usb3.0<->sata
bridge VLI VL701.
The device has 1 Ethernet port (100M/10M), 1 micro b usb 3.0
socket (for charging the battery, or accessing the hdd directly).
Wireless connectivity is provided by the rt5350 SoC [i.e.:
802.11n 1x1 2.4 GHz with a pcb antenna.]
Serial, leds, wifi, ethernet and usb are tested and
as far as I can tell: they are working fine (tm).

- Remove unneeded VLAN now that the ethernet driver is fixed and TCP packets get passed correctly now. (This router only has one port.)
- Fix LAN port MAC address, which is defined in the factory partition as WLAN MAC address + 1.
- Fix board name, as the company name is HooToo and not HOOTOO.
- Remove unnecessary packages from the profile. (The end-user is supposed to use mechanisms such as the ImageBuilder in order to add his own set of packages to his own images... while the precompiled images should just contain the core set of packages needed to run the base functions of a wireless router.)

Provides support for the Tripmate HT-TM02 personal router including LEDs and
reset button. “Mode” switch is not supported. New profile includes full set
of packages required to enable LEDs, USB, and LUCI. Patches were applied
against trunk snapshot r42649. Functionality has been tested in AP, basic wifi
client, wifi router, and routed client modes - all good.

The 7Links PX-4885 is a small battery-powered wireless router.
It is based on a RT5350F WiSoC and features one ethernet port and one
USB port. It is a Hame MPR-A1 clone, except it has different GPIOs,
a different battery and more RAM (32 MB).
This patch adds a profile for this board, the corresponding device tree
file and the adequate base-files changes (incl. sysupgrade).
