Expose the temperature sensors as hwmon, it improves the overall
user experience since on tiny boards the nvme can become a substantial
source of heat.

Add driver for NVM Express block devices, ie. PCIe connected SSDs.
Targets which allow booting from NVMe (x86, maybe some mvebu boards come
to mind) should have it built-in, so rootfs can be mounted from there.
For targets without NVMe support in bootloader or BIOS/firmware it's
sufficient to provide the kernel module package.
On targets having the NVMe driver built-in the resulting kmod package
is an empty dummy. In any case, depending on or installing kmod-nvme
results in driver support being available (either because it was already
built-in or because the relevant kernel modules are added and loaded).

Previously commit openwrt/packages@3abb7cb ("lvm2: Added script and updated Makefile[...]")
couldn't actually work and allow rootfs_data to be stored on a LVM2 as
the necessary kernel modules had not been loaded at this point.
Fix this by loading device-mapper modules early at boot.

This patch intruduce SATA support for layerscape devices.
Target specific package with ahci_qoriq driver was added
to local modules.mk.
Kmod package was added to default packages for devices with
SATA interface.

Currently kmod-ata-* will not get into images unless kmod-ata-core is added to
DEVICE_PACKAGES as well. By changing the dependencies from "depends on" to
"select", we do not have the issue anymore.
Furthermore, we can remove most occurrences of the package from DEVICE_PACKAGES
and similar variables, as it is now pulled by dependent modules such as:
- kmod-ata-ahci
- kmod-ata-ahci-mtk
- kmod-ata-sunxi
While at it, use AddDepends/ata for kmod-ata-pdc202xx-old.

After kernel 4.9 has been removed, this removes all (now obsolete)
kernel version switches that deal with versions before 4.14.
Package kmod-crypto-iv is empty now and thus removed entirely.

No target is using kernel 3.18 anymore, remove all the generic
support for kernel 3.18.
The removed packages are depending on kernel 3.18 only and are not used on
any recent kernel.

sd_mod depends on scsi_mod, but due to it being an AutoLoad and not
AutoProbe module, it was not loading when installing the package,
causing unknown symbol errors for sd_mod and anything depending on it.
Closes#14927, #18293, #19351.

The imx sata module has only been backported to imx6 target. This change will
