grossmj 5560e81f9a Change rename command to a name property setter for all Dynamips

devices. Adjust the tests and upload the new dynamips that supports the
rename command for VMs.

GNS3-server

GNS3 server manages emulators such as Dynamips, VirtualBox or Qemu/KVM. Clients like the GNS3 GUI controls the server using a JSON-RPC API over Websockets.
