Never throw in 'Attached_rom_dataspace::size'

Browse Source 
If the ROM service returned in invalid dataspace, reflect this condition
via a size of zero instead of triggering an exception of type
'Reconstructible<Attached_dataspace>::Deref_unconstructed_object'.
