Enable Intel HD Graphics 500 (found in ZimaBlade)

The IHD500 is almost a gen9 (skylake) GPU with subtle differences. Linux
maintains a separate feature set `GEN9_LP_FEATURES` for this GPU.
However, foisting the GPU as skylake on the GPU drivers seems to work
quite fine.
