sculpt: fix VESA framebuffer driver integration

The platform driver configuration is missing the required 'info'
attribute that allows the 'vesa_fb_drv' to map the proper I/O
memory address of the framebuffer. In addition the driver requires
at least '2' more CAPs, so raise the quota to '110'.

Fixes #4668.
