Preconverted OpenAI evals

The ChainForge flows in this directory were derived from a subset of OpenAI's evals registry: https://github.com/openai/evals These files are not included in the PyPI chainforge package, but rather fetched from GitHub on an as-needed basis. This is to avoid requiring users to install OpenAI evals (which requires Git LFS, Python 3.9+, and a large number of dependencies).
