DNS (Technitium + Pi-hole), DHCP (dhcpd pair), NTP, DNS cluster replication, switch console captures. Git SoR for Technitium zone snapshots — drift-check must print ALL IN SYNC before any DNS-adjacent push. [\#694]

## Layout

- (imported content at repo root, mirroring its PFVCluster path layout)
