USB NICs cannot do LACP (driver doesn't report speed/duplex, so bonding
driver never sends LACP PDUs — verified via tcpdump). Script changes
bond0 from 802.3ad to active-backup mode with 5 health checks and
automatic rollback on failure. [#394]
