Mermaid diagrams fixed for Gitea rendering: - Replaced all <br/> → <br> (86 tags across 4 docs) - Replaced Unicode chars with ASCII (em dash, multiply, middle dot, star) - Fixed invalid bidirectional dotted arrow in NETWORK-TOPOLOGY.md (<--.
