## 2026-09-06 — identity stack migration
Repo operations (commits, pushes, PRs) now execute as ic-builder under the
AI agent identity stack: ic-builder builds, ic-reviewer reviews, manager-tsg
secondary-reviews. Founder (ReachableCEO) = approver only.
