feat: integrate webserial-mcp for ESP32 MicroPython development

- Add webserial-mcp service to docker-compose.yml
- Create wrapper script and add to crush.json
- Update STATUS.md with build status and requirements
- Note: requires bridge server + browser + ESP32 hardware
