Left Overs
* To error plot two different parameters in same RUN:
1. Highlight two parameters.
2. Click the "f" icon. And choose "Subtract (A-B)" or "Subtract (B-A)".
* To search through a long list of variable names:
1. Fill in search string in Search text field (wildcard is supported). Hit Enter or click the Search.
* To compare one parameter across two RUNs:
1. In trick_dp, select two runs.
2. From trick_dp, bring up quickplot by clicking
the blue lightning bolt.
You will see two runs in the bottom right Runs pane of the quickplot.
3. Choose variables normally.
4. Click collate or delta button for comparison/error plotting.
* To plot multiple X and Y variable names from multiple RUNs in a single plot:
1. In trick_dp, select one or more runs.
2. Make a new plot in a "page".
Follow step 11 in the mini-tutorial above.
3. Select the plot. Right click and choose "New Curve", or
choose Plots->New Curve from the main menu.
4. Choose X and Y variables for the curve normally or add Varcase for the curve.
5. To add more Varcase, select the "curve", right click and choose
"New Varcase".
6. Click collate or delta button for comparison/error plotting.
* To change units:
1. Right click variable in Vars pane, then choose "Change Units...".
OR
1. Change unit setting in X Var, Y Var or Var attributes in property notebook.
* To make an external program:
1. Right click the "Programs" folder in the "DP Tree".
2. Choose "New Program"
3. Inputs: Drag-n-drop variables to input.
4. Outputs: Right click "Output" node, then choose "New Output"
* To change the format of the Y axis
1. Click the plot to show the properties of the plot
2. Change "Y Axis Format" (default is %g)
* Refreshing
1. To refresh the variable list for RUNs, choose File->Refresh
