Zooko O'Whielacronx d8c9c3dc99 immutable: download.py: Raise the appropriate type of exception to indicate the cause of failure, e.g. BadOrMissingHash, ServerFailure, IntegrityCheckReject (which is a supertype of BadOrMissingHash). This helps users (such as verifier/repairer) catch certain classes of reasons for "why did this download not work". The tests of verifier/repairer test this code and rely on this code.

fault-tolerant filesystem.  All of the source code is available under
a Free Software, Open Source licence (or two).
