Zooko O'Whielacronx 14d23d99a5 setup: make the "full version string" be "allmydata-tahoe/1.3.0" instead of "allmydata-tahoe-1.3.0" and the UserAgent string of the cli be "allmydata-tahoe/1.3.0 (tahoe-client)"
