Update config.guess and config.sub scripts
...
Were early 2012 vintage.
This will help Debian and other distribution packagers, who rely on
having up-to-date architecture detection in every package when built.

Artefacts created by libtoolize -c -i
...
Replaces symbolic links created from previous libtoolize -i (without -c) which
of course do not work across all platforms.

Initial stab at porting to Solaris.

It compiles without warning (with CC=gcc) but doesn't link
because NaCL doesn't build yet.
