Replace generic rhizome_manifest_set() and rhizome_manifest_set_ll()

Refactor manifest: specific setter functions
Replace generic rhizome_manifest_set() and rhizome_manifest_set_ll()
with per-field setter functions, eg, rhizome_manifest_set_filesize().
