sunxi: deselect CONFIG_VIDEO_SUN6I_CSI by default ...

Deselect CONFIG_VIDEO_SUN6I_CSI Kconfig symbol for now. If anyone wants
to use CSI (camera interface) they should package the kernel module.
After this change, sunxi targets build again.
