ipq40xx: 6.1: adapt and refresh patches
Adapt and refresh patches to apply.

DSA and ethernet driver patches are dropped as they will be replaced with
the latest version that was sent upstream.

Subject: [PATCH 3/3] firmware: qcom: scm: fix SCM cold boot address
This effectively reverts upstream Linux commit 13e77747800e ("firmware:
qcom: scm: Use atomic SCM for cold boot"), because Google WiFi boot
firmwares don't support the atomic variant.
This fixes SMP support for Google WiFi.
