Sander Vanheule d6f9466196 realtek: switch RTL8231 driver for HPE 1920-8G ...

Update the base DTS file for the 8 port HPE 1920 devices (JG920A,
JG921A, JG922A), causing the new RTL8231 MFD driver to be loaded at
start-up.
