INAGAKI Hiroshi d45890f6cd realtek: add aux-mdio and pinctrl nodes to rtl930x.dtsi

Add aux-mdio and pinctrl nodes to rtl930x.dtsi to enable handling of the
external RTL8231 GPIO expander connected via MDIO.
