Subject: [PATCH 033/703] lan78xx: Enable LEDs and auto-negotiation

For applications of the LAN78xx that don't have valid programmed

|
EEPROMs or OTPs, enabling both LEDs and auto-negotiation by default
|
|
seems reasonable.
