John Audia 2c35899d81 kernel: bump 5.4 to 5.4.93
All modification made by update_kernel.sh in a fresh clone without
existing toolchains.

No dmesg regressions, everything functional

Subject: [PATCH] net: mscc: ocelot: use skb queue instead of skbs list
Convert to use skb queue instead of the list of skbs.
The skb queue could provide protection with lock.
